Brewers make postseason history with incredible merchandise sales record
Brewers fans have been emptying the team stores all October, and MLB says no fan base has ever bought more. The Milwaukee Brewers are two wins away from beating the Tampa Bay Rays for their first World Series title. The Brewers have sold more merchandise this postseason than any other team in MLB history, according to MLB officials. The record was shared with Brewers owner Mark Attanasio during the team's historic October run. After the Brewers defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers to win the National League pennant, sales increased over the next two days, surpassing the previous record held by the 2022 Philadelphia Phillies by about 5%. The Brewers also set an all-time record for sales of NLCS locker room-style shirts. The team has won seven consecutive games, including a 3-2 victory over the Rays in Game 1 of the World Series.
