A 52-year-old Milwaukee man is now charged with first-degree reckless homicide in connection with the fatal shooting of LaKeyshia Timmons, a mother of eight who was gunned down outside of her home on the city's north side. The accused is Ronald Fuller.

Milwaukee police say Timmons was fatally shot on N 18th Street near Hadley around 7:30 a.m. on Monday, April 1.

Latanillia Timmons is Timmons' oldest daughter. She said her mother had just returned home from dropping her younger siblings off at school when one of her siblings heard gunfire.

Investigators say the shooting stemmed from an argument, but family said that wasn’t in Timmons' kind-hearted nature.
