Wisconsin's latest dual-branded Applebee's and IHOP restaurant is planned to open in West Milwaukee in January 2027. The Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar at 1834 Miller Park Way is becoming the latest southeastern Wisconsin location to accommodate an IHOP. The Village of West Milwaukee Plan Commission approved the exterior remodeling of the building on Oct. 13. The combined restaurant will submit plans for operating hours and staffing numbers at a later date. This is part of a nationwide campaign by Dine Brands, Applebee and IHop's parent company, to offer the best of morning menu, lunch and dinner options all day under one roof.
