Brewers’ Pat Murphy keeps Milwaukee on its toes with statement amid 3-0 lead vs. Rays
The Brewers are one win from their first ever championship, but Pat Murphy isn’t treating the series like it’s over. The Milwaukee Brewers are one win away from clinching their first World Series title in franchise history, thanks to a 10-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 3. The victory, which followed a 2-0 lead in the third, gave the Brewers a commanding 3-0 series lead. Despite acknowledging that his team is in a strong position but not ready to call the series, Pat Murphy remains optimistic about the team's performance. The Brewers are now 10-0 this postseason and can clinch the title with a win in Game 4.
