Kewaskum volleyball players and parents speak out against head coach at school board meeting

Kewaskum High School volleyball seniors and parents told the school board they experienced verbal abuse and a toxic team environment. Parents and student athletes from Kewaskum High School in Wisconsin have spoken out against their head coach at a school board meeting, accusing him of verbal abuse and a toxic environment. Senior Camilla Kreif and four other volleyball seniors quit mid-season after the coach called them "evil" and suggested their parents should be ashamed of them. The athletes claim they have been dealing with a toxic atmosphere under the current head coach for several years. Parents and students believe the seniors were punished for pushing back against the coach's treatment and were questioned inappropriately by staff after sharing a recording of the coach with them from their phones. The head of the school board and superintendent declined to speak on camera.
