Brewers Make Best Choice Possible for Game 3 Starter vs. Rays
The Milwaukee Brewers will look to take a commanding three-game series lead on Monday. The Milwaukee Brewers have chosen Robert Gasser as their Game 3 starter for the World Series against the Rays, instead of Brandon Woodruff or Kyle Harrison. Gasser has been performing well recently, logging a 1.67 ERA and a 31-to-12 strikeout-to walk ratio in 32 1/3 innings pitched across six appearances. If the Brewers win, their chances of winning the series will significantly increase. No team in World Series history has ever come back from a 3-0 series deficit.
