Packers Could Find Trade Market for Week 7 Healthy Scratch: Analyst
CBS Sports's Zachary Pereles argued the Green Bay Packers could shop offensive lineman Kevin Zeitler before the 2026 NFL trade deadline. The Green Bay Packers had two health scratches during their Week 7 game against the Detroit Lions, but could potentially be a trade candidate for an AFC contender. CBS Sports's Zachary Pereles suggested that Packers offensive guard Kevin Zeitler, who signed with the Packers less than a month ago amid major offensive line issues, could be a buy-low candidate due to injuries to Alijah Vera-Tucker (hamstring) and Ben Brown (knee). Mike Onwenu's replacement, Greg Van Roten, is also on IR. Despite signing Zeitler at the end of September, he hasn't started yet and was a healthy scratch in Week 7. Despite his experience, he doesn't have any trade value due to his age and lack of versatility.
