The incident occurred on Saturday, October 17, when Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a report of a wrong-way driver on I- 41/US 45. Deputies approached the driver and found an open tequila bottle in the vehicle's glove box. Williams initially showed signs of impairment during a walk/turn and one leg stand test, but she refused a preliminary breathalyzer test and an evidentiary chemical test. Her initial court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 22.
