Charges filed in fatal hit-and-run on Milwaukee's south side
The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office charged a 31-year-old man in a fatal hit-and-run crash on the city's south side. Sergio Lee Pedroza, 31, has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and hit-and-run resulting in death for the fatal hit-off on Milwaukee's south side on Oct. 25. The incident occurred at the intersection of West National Avenue and South 1st Street. The charges stem from what authorities believe was a fatal drunken hit-in-run that killed 60-year-old Moises Vazquez.
